I have released my bagman version of the death match map The Octagons 2025.
Team The Octagons is a small to medium sized, 3 level, bagman map.
It has two octagonal areas, each of 3 levels, connected by small corridors.
Nikkies base is on the top level of one octagonal area and Dragon's base is on the bottom level of the other.
The money drop (cash wads) is in the middle corridor of the centre level.
The map has 32 player spawns (16 for each team), plenty of weapons and items, and the map features rain.

Just extract/unzip the files to your Kingpin folder and they will be placed in the correct locations.
After a request from Tunnleram (creator of the Crash Mod) The Thursday Game this week will be all the Crash mod on the Boiler Room Crash server. He hopes to be able to bring a few new players along in the early part of the night.
It is also possible that sometime during the night Killa will take about 15 minutes to test the latest build of the Killapin mod.

Back in 2001 -
Tunnleram made a Kingpin themed death match map for Quake 3 called
Ghetto Quake.
It's a medium sized, urban map that utilises mainly Kingpin textures and a couple of Kingpin sounds.
You can downlaod Ghetto Quake (q3dmgq1.bsp) from
here.
Just extract/unzip the q3dmgq1.pak3 file to your Quake3/base3 folder and the pak3 file will be placed in the correct location.

I have made a Bagman version of the recently released The Octagons 2025 death match map.
It should be out in a day or two.
Here is a screenshot of the new Harppon model added to Killapin in the latest update. Looks pretty snazzy.
Just a reminder that over thirty of the custom player models now support custom sounds. Grab the
Custom Models Pack and the
MH Kingpin patch and you're good to go.
Just unzip/extract the files to your kingpin folder and they will be placed in the correct locations.
Once the Models Pack and MH Patch is installed you will see a new entry in the Options Menu - Custom Model Sounds Yes/No.
Set this to Yes then you will hear custom sounds for the player models that have them.
If you get tired of the sounds, you just change the Custom Model Sound option to No and you won't hear them anymore.
The Sunday games this week will be an hour of Bagman on the UK Newskool server, 30 minutes of Killapin on Killa's server, and then the remainder of the night will be Bagman on the East Coast USA Snitch Slappa server.

Killa have done another update to the Killapin Mod.
For those unfamiliar with Killapin it is a Capture and Hold mod with a twist (each team has a boss).
Each map has between one and three control points and the teams must capture those control points to gain points and be first to reach the points limit to win the round.
You also gain points by killing other team's players and bosses.
The team boss spawns with 200 hit points, a crowbar and a grappling hook (harpoon). The rest of the team spawn near the boss. If a team member stands near the boss, he will receive health and ammo unless already full. The mod has added a radar and a star in the radar shows where the boss is to make him easier to find if you need health/ammo.
The boss is somewhat vulnerable during normal play (if the boss dies the entire team also dies and then they all respawn). But each round has what's called 'Boss Time' where the team bosses are invulnerable to normal players and can only be killed by other bosses.
There are several new and updated features, and these are the main ones:-
