New MD2/MDX Skin Changer Tool
Hypov8 has created a new modelling tool called Kingpin Skin Changer.This allows Kingpin modellers to replace skins/textures in md2/mdx files and to add or change sprites in mdx files.

Kingpin Model Viewer 1.1.4
Hypov8 has updated Kingpin Model Viewer to version 1.1.4.Kingpin Model Viewer is a small, easy and free viewer for anybody who likes to view/convert models from Kingpin game based on quake engine.
Features:
* view Kingpin mdx models * wireframe, flat shaded, smooth shaded or textured
* change background color, wireframe color, shade color, light color
* import backround and water texture
* selectable animation, adjustable animation speed (interpolated & non-interpolated)
* importing of RLE and NON-RLE TGA files (NOTE: look at bugs)
* can merge up to 6 model files (and their skins)
* option to export main model into MD2 File format
* adjustable brightness (NOTE: Need to reload skin after changing brightness)
* can load Kingpin PAK files and open mdx & tga files from them
* mdx/md2 files open by double clicking on them (need to set mdx file association first)
New for version 1.1.4
* Added vertex viewer to assist with adding sprites
* export .mdx if import model was .md2 (glCommands must exist)

Kingpin Maps By CyboPat
One of the old KFG clan members who turned up to play on Thursday was CyboPat.He made several maps for Kingpin in the early days that you can check out at his webpage here.
His Airport map is currently rotating on the Newskool Crash server and his Bank map has always been a favourite of mine :)
