In the deepest darkest reaches of Radio City (just over the road from Central 
Towers) stands the Radio City Clocktower. Rumour has it an evil madman has
made it his lair and from within those very walls he is plotting to take over the
world (or at least that block).

* INSTALLATION *
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Just unzip all files to your Kingpin directory... Make sure "Use Folder Names" is 
selected. Enjoy :)

* LEVEL DESCRIPTION *

SINGLE PLAYER           : 1 Player Respawn Points
DEATHMATCH              : 19 Player Respawn Points
SUGGESTED PLAYER LOAD   : Millions. Honestly if anyone gets 19 players in it I
                          want a screeny!!!!
DIFFICULTY SETTINGS ?   : No
NEW TEXTURES ?          : Yes. My glorious Clock Face texture for starters :P
                          Also the Cog Textures. 
NEW SOUNDS ?            : Yes (Truck, Traffic, Police, Big Ben Bell Tower sound)

BASE MAP USED ?         : none, but I stole Central Towers building from RC3.bsp
                          Just so it looks like the CLocktower building is in the
                          neighbourhood :)

UTILITIES USED          : Photoshop, Illustrator, PakScape, WinBSP and KPCMF!!!!!
KNOWN BUGS              : I made it so probably heaps

Designed with a theme somewhat reminiscent of the Hudsucker Proxy and League of
Extraordinary Gentlemen, this map is designed as a small to medium sized Deathmatch 
map. The clockface texture is my own custom texture created using Illustrator and
Photoshop. You can get a better look at the original over at DeviantArt:

Hypo helped with the Alphaisation of the original. ("helped" means, he did it)

There are also numerous Wolf textures being used as well. They're nice! But Big!
Also added some sound files that I ripped off the net and from Quake 3.

This is my third map. Possibly my final due to study commitments etc...
