Mainly created this program to created custom fonts for Kingpin.

conchars_high_11x11.tga is mainly used for fonts in Kingpin.
font_conchars_high.exe is used for that.
You can import a font and it will convert it for you to tga/png. 
Kingpin probrably used font "Lucida Console" for this.
But added FreeMono.ttf what closed looking to "Lucida Console" becouse FreeMono is in Public Domain.
Added conchars_high_11x11.xcf for testing and comparing new font's

font_conchars.exe is used for:
conchars.tga - Used for console in Kingpn (Without mh patch).
conchars2.tga - Used for Menu text in Kingpin (Without mh patch).
conchars3.tga - Used for Notepad in Kingpin (Single Player).
Mostly those font's still need to be edited manualy becouse they use symbols that are not in the font.
But the porgram is probrably a good start to create fonts for those. Faster then creating every letter manualy.

If you want to uses shadows it's mostly better to use high resolution like 1024x1024 and then scale it down again.
